Activities and tasks

The module allows you to keep a register of all activities related to the realization and completion of business cases or the solving of post-sale maintenance at the customers.

The activites can be sorted according to customer, business case, type (e.g. meeting, e-mail, phone call) or with relation to a contact person. The module also tracks the time and date, on which the activity took place, as well as the content of the communication (meeting notes, e-mail contents, etc.). 

Connection to departments and specific dealers allows you to evaluate the quality of their business activities. The module also allows you to set and monitor the activity plan.
