Spare parts

MaintPlan contains basic tracking of spare parts stock that is necessary to provide maintenance. Number of stocks or items in stock is unlimited. 

  • Purchase orders to suppliers are generated by comparing the current stock inventory and maintenance requirements for each item to achieve the best possible stock.
  • Receipts cards can be created automatically directly from the purchase orders.
  • Issue cards are linked to the service requests.

Consumption of spare parts can be analyzed as tables or charts according to various criteria (group of parts, types of maintenance, equipment, time, etc.).
