Regarding to the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we provide the following information:

RANGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We minimize the range of processed personal data in a way to fulfil the sufficient quality service that you expect from us, in order to meet legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests. We process personal information about our customers as well as the personal data of our potential customers who have given us consent. We process these categories of personal data:

  • Basic information such as your name and surname, or your business name and ID, tax ID, VAT ID, if you are an entrepreneur - a self-employed
  • Contact information such as your e-mail, phone number or contact address
  • Information about using our products and services that you have purchased or you are considering purchasing. Information about using our website, newsletters, and more.
  • E-mail records, call records, or other communication with you in electronic or written form.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Primary we process your personal data for the need to conclude contracts for the supply of our goods and services. This activity mainly involves receiving and processing orders, contracts, issuing invoices and tax documents, records of payments, and so on.

In order to fulfil all legal obligations properly, we process personal data for the purposes of accounting, registry administration, claims and complaints. In some cases, personal data need to be processed for lawsuit purpose and out-of-court recovery purpose.

We also process your personal data to inform you about our products and services within direct marketing.

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data in accordance with the law in cases, when:

  • is the processing of personal data necessary to fulfil the contract (such as a purchase contract) and you are a contracting party or you have asked us to take action before the contract is concluded
  • or the processing of your personal data is necessary in the context of our legitimate interest that we monitor and primarily it is the offer and sale of goods and services to our customers
  • or you have given us your consent for one or more purposes; these may include, in particular, activities related to offer services or processing activities to adapt the offers to your expectations

RECIPIENTS CATEGORY

During processing, personal data may be provided to the following categories of recipients:

  • lawyers and law firms
  • experts and court experts
  • collection companies and executors
  • courts and authorities involved in criminal proceedings
  • accounting offices, auditors and tax advisers

TIME OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

In the case of the consent of the person concerned, we will process your data until your consent is withdrawn, but not more than 60 months after it has been re-issued.

In the case of legitimate interest, we will process your personal information, unless you oppose

the processing, for as long as we are able to offer you and provide related products and services.

In the case of performance of the contract, we will process your personal data during of the contractual relationship, including warranty and claim conditions.

In the case of a fulfilling the legal obligation, we will process your personal data for as long as the law requires. In the case of the Act on Accounting, the VAT Act, etc., may be this time limit 10 years.

YOUR RIGHTS AS THE PERSONS CONCERNED

When processing your personal data, we are ready to exercise your rights:

  • You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose are processed, who are the recipients of your personal data, such as the processing time.
  • You have the right to correction; if your personal data is incorrect or has changed, contact us, we will correct them.
  • You have the right to delete personal data
  • If your personal data is processed by consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing based on the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.
  • You have the right to limit processing; if you wish, we will only process your data for the most legitimate reasons or at all.
  • You have the right to data portability; if you wish to transfer them to another operator, we will provide them in the appropriate format, in case that other technical or legal barriers will not hinder.

  • We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In the case of complexity or a large number of requests, we are entitled to extend this period by an additional 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you about this.
  • If your request is manifestly unreasonable or repeated, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs associated with the provision of this service.
