Devices and Service requests

In the Devices module, you can register all types of devices, machines or tools that you have delivered to your customers and for which you want to monitor maintenance and repairs.

In the device form, you can enter:

  • Basic identification data: type/model, producer, service company, date of manufacture, serial number, price, etc.
  • Warranty information
  • Related documents (e. g. warranties or recieving protocols).   

All planned and performed service activities related to the equipment can be registered in the Service module. You can create a preventive maintenance plan, which can also be set for each device independently.

A service request record covers all information related to the service activity, including:

  • Problem specification
  • Stage of solving
  • Date of solving
  • Amount of work performed
  • Transportation and  travel expenses
  • Spare parts, etc.
