Repairs and maintenance

All planned and performed service activities related to your devices can be recorded in the Repairs and maintenance module. 

You can create a preventive maintenance plan, which can also be set for each device independently. MaintPlan can also automatically generate a maintenance plan for a selected period, based on the pre-set intervals for maintenance of each device.

You can assign work sheets to your employees or to contractors performing the maintenance. The work sheet keeps track of all expenses related to the service activity:

  • Employee working time
  • Transportation expenses
  • Material expenses
  • Expenses invoiced by the supplier company
  • Losses due to equipment failure – downtime, etc.

Based on the work sheets inserted into the system, you are able to analyze the expenses from different viewpoints (by type, by equipment , by cost centre, by supplier, etc.)
