In the Devices module, you can register all the devices, machines and tools that you have in use and for which you want to track their maintenance and repairs. 

The information stated in the equipment record includes:

  • Basic identification data: type/model, a picture of the item, suppier, manufacturer, service company, date of manufacture, serial number, etc.
  • Warranty information: date of delivery, date of installation, warranty in months, date or diagnostic units – hours, lifts, strikes, etc.
  • Device structure: you can insert the detailed structure of a device according to its components, including serial numbers and warranties
  • Related records: preventive maintenance plan, documents, work reports, etc.

Based on the inserted work sheets, expenses per device can be calculated according to different criteria (time, supplier, type of repair, etc.).
